Huawei P30 Pro teased in new trailer video

It should have some sort of 3D Face Unlock feature

Huawei Mobile has shared a short trailer video for the Huawei P30 Pro, with the main focus being on sound, as the entire visual is based on the movement of waves, hinting that the latest iteration in the P series could have a set of stereo speakers or a rival to LG’s Crystal Sound, which amplifies sound using the screen, on board.

The visual also makes mention of 3D, suggesting that it will have some sort of 3D Face Unlock feature, like that of the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. That’s a bit of a narrow-minded assumption, though, as it could be insinuating something different, such as the development of a brand new AR platform that can compete with Apple’s ARKit.

Clement Wong, Huawei’s VP of Global Product Marketing, revealed on March 5 that the Huawei P30 Pro will feature an all-new periscope-like superzoom camera, aiding rumours claiming that the handset will have four sensors and a ten-times zoom, and will introduce some considerable improvements to Night Mode.
